I loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator in the room. the private bathroom was a nice touch. - the location was great, being near local shopping centers, the beach, downtown restaurants, and amenities.

The staff were courteous, ready to any request. The location was stunning - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We tried some drinks at bar Cowboy's Roadhouse, located 5 minutes walk away.

Café was perfect for breakfast.

Got a double room here and I was really impressed! the staff working the late-night shift were super helpful and efficient. the place is in a nice location, really close to restaurants and bars 🌟.

Had a really comfortable stay for a vacation, everything was amazing. Our rooms were brand-new with at all bugs in windows sills and the bathroom, as example as expected. The staff were efficient, with extra attention to the details.

Our room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We often needed extra towels and they very nice about it. I was pleased with our stay, the kids were happy with our room.They can't wait to go back next year. I even had something come up night before we were supposed to arrive and I needed to switch arrival day and extend our stay. They helped me with no problem at all. I was very thankful for that most places would have charged me.We stayed at this hotel for six nights and we had two children with us. No complaints.

A little small can't complain based upon the value for the room...I Would recommend the hotel.

The room was a room, very basic, nothing more, however, it was clean and had no lingering cigarette smell which matters to me. We had clean towels each day, a fridge, a microwave, and ice. We did not go to Ocean City to hang out in the room and that is why we chose this - it was affordable. We would rather spend our money doing something fun or dining in a nice restaurant than hanging out in the room. Ot would be nice to have had a couple of chairs on the porch ( but it was too hot anyway). The porch deck and stairs need a "little love". It was nothing special, but it got the job done and met our needs. The staff was friendly and courteous as were all those present while we were there. It was also only one block from the beach.

the staff were friendly and available throughout my stay. the hotel's location is great, right next to downtown with restaurants, entertainment, and the beach on Philadelphia Ave. 3. A dessert restaurant, Dairy Queen, is just a 10-minute walk away from the hotel.

I absolutley loved the location of the hotel I was not expecting tp be so close to the Boardwalk and they had a pool that was soo refreshing especially coming right from the beach on those really hot days!!!!

The bed was kinda uncomfortable but I was soo tired I still slept like a rock!

Our room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, plus the location was unbeatable being close to both the beach and the First Presbyterian Church.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance from the beach. It is not a Place I would stay in over two nights as it is a little run down and very basic. The staff is nice and friendly and the place is old but kept clean.

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast

There is no microwave, the rooms aren't inspected well at all since we found a condom wrapper under one bed & deoderant under another bed. Room had a weird ordor to it.
